* Issues in Science & Technology -- Issues in Science & Technology is a quarterly publication that provides a forum for discussion of public policy related to science, engineering, and medicine. This includes policy for science (how we nurture the health of the research enterprise) and science for policy (how we use knowledge more effectively to achieve social goals), with emphasis on the latter.  
 
* FYI: The American Institute of Physics Bulletin of Science Policy News FYI summarizes science policy developments in Washington affecting the physics and astronomy community. Summaries are approximately one page long and are issued two or more times every week. FYI; they are provided by AIP as a service to the science community.  

* Prometheus: The Science Policy Weblog -- Prometheus provides daily news and commentary on science policy Prometheus is a project of the University of Colorado Center for Science and Technology Policy Research. Prometheus is designed to create an informal outlet for news, information, and opinion on science policy and to foster broad participation and discussion about science policy topics.  

R&D Budget Information

* AAAS R&D Budget and Policy Program – This website helps contribute to informed public discussion regarding federal support for R&D by providing timely, objective, and accurate information on federal R&D support. The Program provides statistical and analytical perspectives on R&D funding in one printed annual report and numerous web-based analyses looking at all aspects of the federal R&D Budget. It include both timely and historical budget information on funding for key scientific research agencies 
 
* The Association of American Universities (AAU) – The AAU tracks recent budget information concerning science funding for key research agencies including the NIH, NSF, DOD, DOE and NASA.  

S&T Statistics and Indicators

* National Science Foundation Science and Engineering Statistics – This page, produced by the NSF Division of Science Resources Statistics (SRS) provides links to the latest SRS publications which contain a wide range of current and historical data and analyses about the nation's science and engineering resources.  

* NSF Science and Engineering Indicators 2008 – Published every two years by the NSF’s SRS Division, Science and Engineering Indicators provides a broad base of high-quality quantitative information on the U.S. and international science and engineering enterprise.
